Processing Times

  • Standard Inventory Items:
    Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom Orders:
    Custom and personalized items require additional production time and typically ship within 1–2 weeks, unless a rush order has been agreed upon in advance.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed and handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping provider once the package has been shipped.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, delays due to weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.
